EC RECRUITMENT 08-09 is officially closed.
Today, ABCs-the first training for all of EC’s new bees has finally marked the ending of EC Recruitment 0809.
EC Recruitment took place from 22 September to 5th October, attracting more than 120 talented candidates from K47 and K46. This year recruitment was composed of 3 competitive rounds.
The first Round: Application form – (Deadline: 26/9)
Among more than 120 application forms, there were many creative and surprising application forms of all kinds.
The second Round: Interview Round (2/10)
From 120 application forms, EC chose 80 candidates to join in the interview round. After this round, each department needed to choose 15 candidates to participate in Teamwork round based on the candidate’s performance in the interview and also taking into consideration their application forms.
The final Round: Teamwork Round which was held at Lenin Park (5/10)
The final round was held on October 5th, 2008 – a rainy day. However, overcoming many obstacles, ECers and 60 candidates had a lot of fun joining in teamwork games: “Hi styles”, “Stand in order”, “Flying carpet”, “Untying the knot”, “Pyramid” and “Number circle”!. Candidates and EC’s members had a chance to have fun and to learn useful lessons at the same time.

And after these 3 competitive yet funny and exciting rounds, EC finally found out the 30 best candidates to join in EC’s family. On October 19th, we had the first training day called ABCs. All of our new bees (Babes), current members (Kiddies), and our old members (YAMAHAs) gathered together in a warm and inspiring meeting.
EC is 3 and a half now! Like a human development, this is the fasting growing and learning time of an organization! With this new and young generation, EC will look forward to much more interesting and surprising ideas as well as events!
