The lady in the picture is Juliet, and that balcony is told to be where Romeo confessed his love to her. Well, you are right on the Googling part, I can't recall the name of this place. But I don't know how this is related to an IQ question xD. Btw Phuc you should give us some explanation for all your answers.

1- Key is 4_17/16
We have the series of first numbers, 6-2-5-3-4, it could be separated into two part 6-5-4 and 2-3-... then the first number here would be 4
Similarly, series of second numbers, 7-9-5-13-3, separated into 7-5-3 and 9-13-..., then the second number is 17
The last number is the easiest, 8 and 16 here are repeated alternately, so it would be 16
Sum up, we have 4_17/16

2- Key is able
Just an assumption, I know it is quite fooling around =)) I found that all words above has two kinds of meaning in Lac Viet dict. and just "able" has this feature. Then this is the key :))

3- Key is 7.
Easily, all rounding rows have the total sum of 25.

4- Key is B
The answer here is quite complicated, but simply it is we have series 3 9 1 2 8 3 in 4 segments of square. When coming into the center row from the lower segment, this series will be cut off one digit in each row, that why we have 3 -9 -1- 2 in the 5th row, 3 -9- 1 in the 4th row, 3- 9 in the 3rd row. Oppositely, when we come from the upper segment, the order will be from end-to-begin, like 3-8-2-1, in the 2nd row and 3-8-2 in the 3rd row, and 3-8 in the 4nd row.
